We want to compliment and acknowledge the exceptional service provided by Jennifer Isbell, Appliance Specialist at Home Depot on Saturday evening, March 4, 2017. We went to the store searching for two replacement products. One was a water filter cartridge for a Samsung Refrigerator. An employee told us to find that in the Appliance Dept. Soon as we entered that section, Jennifer approached and asked if she could help us. We told her what we were looking for. She searched online to find the right water filter cartridge to fit our specific Samsung model. She guided us with personal knowledge, how often to replace the cartridge to maintain healthy water, recommended which item to buy from the choice available. Then we asked her for help on how to rid our dishwasher of unpleasant odor. She showed us where to find and remove the filter on our Bosch dishwasher, how to clean it, recommended using a cup of CLR cleaner, etc. Bottom-line, Jennifer was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, professional, and assisted us even with calling another store to locate the other product we came to purchase, which was out of stock at her store. Her positive, helpful attitude and willingness to initiate assistance and suggestions were far beyond any that we've experienced from any retail organization. Jennifer Isbell is a 'rock star', and stands out 'head and shoulders' above typical employees. She is simply Outstanding in her understanding and practicing the true meaning of CUSTOMER SERVICE.
